WE WILL VISIT
Our tour to Philadelphia from New York City begins in Manhattan where we will board a van to start our journey to Philadelphia heading southwest, on a trip that will lasts approx. 2 hours.
Once in Philadelphia, we will drive along Benjamin Franklin Parkway and Elfreth’s Alley, after this, you will explore the historic Independence Mall, and the Independence Hall, the building where the United States Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were debated and adopted. Also, there you can find the memorable Liberty Bell and the National Constitution Center. Then we are going to pass through the Betsy Ross House, a place where the first American flag was made.
After we have spent time enjoying the historical landmarks, we will head to the famous “Rocky Steps” here you can take some incredible photos and see the Philadelphia Museum of Arts.
Finally, we will leave Philly and begin our trip to Lancaster, home of one of the biggest Amish communities. In this remarkable place you will live an Amish experience, see how they live and also take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage which is their traditional way of transportation. Before heading back to New York City, we are going to an Amish Market, where you will have an opportunity to see and get handmade arts, crafts and taste the Amish cuisine.
